As your project manager, I coordinate all trades while overseeing schedules, conducting quality control, and solving problems before they become delays Success comes down to managing the details—I can handle all FF&E sourcing and ordering, then navigate permits and approvals to keep your project moving efficiently. From initial planning to final punch lists, I keep it all on track.
BUDGETING
Smart design means finding solutions that serve both your vision and your pocketbook. I am very skilled at finding design solutions to meet a range of budgets. Throughout the project I will handle budget development and timeline coordination so you always know where things stand.
INSTALLATION
Ambiance lives in the details. From the largest fixture to the smallest accent, nothing is arbitrary. I consider everything because in hospitality it all influences your customer. I can select linens, style shelving, curate artwork, and place every decorative touch with intention. Hanging artwork, assembling furniture, accessorizing millwork and coordinating all the final touches.
